The MIAMI FITNESS RETREAT program is one of a kind. Although we have several departures scheduled during the year, it is important that you reserve your place in advance. Do not stay out!

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN MIAMI
 
Arrival in Miami and transfer to the Hotel. Rest of the day free to rest and / or explore.
 
At sunset we will gather to meet the team and the rest of the group, to find out about the development of the week, connect with our personal intentions and expectations, and align as a group.
 
Dinner at the hotel specially prepared by chef William McCoy, who was the chef assigned to Team USA for the Beijing 2008 and Vancouver 2010 Olympics and will be in charge of our meals all week.
