WILLIAM MCCOY

CHEF

William has been in the culinary field since 1999. He has been the Executive Chef of the Double Tree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort & Spa hotel since 2012. He worked as a chef for various Golf tournaments with more than 25,000 guests. He has been the chef for the US team for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics and the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. He was also the personal chef for the US and Netherlands Men's and Women's Water Polo Team.

At the Renaissance Plantation hotel he prepared lunches and dinners for the Miami Dolphins football team during the preseason. In the same hotel I prepare banquets for various hockey teams and for more than 7 different college football teams.
